1. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserve 1 cup pasta water
2. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large pan
3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
4. Add olive oil to the pan
5. Drain pasta and add to the pan with garlic
6. Add Parmesan cheese and toss well
7. Add reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce
8. Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately
