1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat
3. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown
4. Remove chicken and set aside
5. In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
6. Add lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes
7. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce
8. Serve hot with your choice of sides
